Meet Kelli

Kelli, a distinguished graduate of Southern University and Southeastern Louisiana University, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Louisiana, an LPC in Texas, the owner of The Conscious Mind, LLC, and an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University. With over 16 years of experience, she has worked across community mental health, private practice, federal grant programs, higher education, research, and program development. Kelli serves as an LPC board-approved supervisor for Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) and consults for mental health rehabilitation agencies in Louisiana, providing training, documentation audits, policy reviews, and supervision for non-licensed staff. An accomplished public speaker, she participates in mental health panels and facilitates workshops for undergraduate students. Kelli is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., holding local and regional offices, and has authored over ten books and journals. She is pursuing a doctoral degree in Behavioral Health at Arizona State University, further advancing her expertise in the field of mental health.
